What a fabulous conference in Anaheim! Thank you to everybody who came to the Eerdmans booth to have a book signed. I enjoyed meeting and talking with so many people.
I have to say I was a little nervous about the whole thing– not the book signing, but negotiating the LA freeways after years of living a carless life in DC. I needn’t have worried. Although I love a walking, city life, getting behind the wheel in Los Angeles, where one highway loops into the next, with long on-ramps and merge lanes, and drivers who rarely honk (count ‘em– one horn-tap in 10 days!), I felt I was dreaming. I hadn’t had that much fun driving in a long, long time. Thanks to my friends who took pictures and sent them. I will post them soon.
